Take Control!

Chronic pain is incredibly complex. Those who successfully manage it do so by TAKING CONTROL of the health decisions in their life. The pain won’t go away on it’s own, but YOU WILL GET BETTER if you own your care. The best way to do this is to UNDERSTAND YOUR PAIN and help others understand it too.

Imagine going to your doctor or care team with a VISUAL RECORD that shows exactly where you hurt, how much, OVER TIME. Add to it symptoms, triggers, and treatments and your journey becomes a powerful tool for making decisions. GeoPain helps you capture and share the details that matter quickly and easily.

Clinically Proven

For a tool to be effective, you need to trust that it will work. Since it’s inception, GeoPain could be found in clinical trials and in the hands of chronic pain patients. Every feature was crafted in direct response to user feedback while being battle tested in clinics, labs, and homes.

The original concept started with Dr. Alexandre DaSilva (MoxyTech, Co-Founder) while at Harvard Medical School. It has since gone through countless iterations and continues to evolve with the science of chronic pain. For nearly 6 years, top institutions like the University of Michigan continue to use it daily for research and education due to it’s precise measurement of pain location and intensity.

Several research papers using GeoPain can be found at the link below. You can also learn more about the details of Alex’s brain research on the H.O.P.E. laboratory website. Keep checking back here because we have several exiting new discoveries soon to be published.

About Us

Located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, MoxyTech was formed in late-2014 with the simple goal of IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR PATIENTS IN PAIN. It is our core belief that better tools for the tracking, analysis, and communication of pain data will move us towards better treatment and care for those with chronic pain.

With a team made up of pain researchers, technologists, and chronic pain sufferers we’re determined to make a positive difference in how researchers, clinicians, and patients understand and manage pain. Change doesn’t happen in isolation, so let’s change things together.
